How to order?
1. Order on www.lafabriculture.fr
Choose the tool of your choice and click on "Add to cart";
Add to cart;
In the box that appears, click on "Continue my purchases" to continue browsing the site or click on "Order" to pay for your order;
- Log in to your account or create it;
- Choose your delivery address or create a new one by clicking on "+ add a new address";
- Choose your delivery method offered by the carrier;
- Choose the payment method and enter your payment information if requested;
- Check the details of your order;
- Click on "Order".
We offer end-to-end encrypted and secure payment by Visa/Mastercard bank card with the 3DSecure standard.
Our website technically allows you to place orders to the DROM-COM. However, due to logistical and pricing constraints specific to these destinations, we will be forced to cancel and refund any order validated for the DROM-COM. For any shipping request to these territories, we invite you to contact us beforehand in order to establish a personalized quote taking into account the appropriate transport costs.
2. Ordering in the European Union (EU) and the rest of the world
For an order from Finland or Belgium, partner distributors offer part of our range.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically by the carrier for each EU country or in the rest of Europe.

Delivery and transport
1. Mode of transport and carriers
La Fabriculture mainly works with DPD, Geodis, DB Schenker and DHL, but we reserve the right to change the carrier at any time.
To ensure the proper processing of your order, we strongly recommend that you provide your email address and mobile phone number, so that the carrier can send you tracking information.
2. Delivery times and costs
Order the products of your choice and have them delivered to your home, work or a relay point anywhere in mainland France. Please note that the relay points only accept packages with a maximum length of 1 meter (the sleeves are 1m20 or more for us!).
For Europe, the rates are calculated automatically when ordering.

We strive to guarantee the security of your information, for us, the security of your data is essential. La Fabriculture takes the security of payments and the trust that our customers place in us very seriously. When you make your purchases on La Fabriculture, we do everything possible to protect your personal information and that related to your payments. During the processing of orders, at the time when this information is transmitted to the banking establishment, it is encrypted using a method that complies with industry standards.
Here are some tips to protect your private data and payment information:
Choose a secure password, which means that you should change it regularly, keep it to yourself, since anyone in possession of your password can access your account;
Remember to log out when you have finished using your La Fabriculture account on a shared computer or mobile.
Shipping your package
Once the order has been paid, packages are shipped from Monday to Friday from La Fabriculture (Moyrazès, 12). They are shipped via our carrier with a tracking number that is communicated to you and given to you without signature. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, you will receive a link from the carrier (SMS or email) to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in a single order to minimize postage costs. We cannot group two orders placed separately and shipping costs apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with all the tools we pack.
The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected. Packages are shipped lined with straw, kraft or corrugated cardboard to reduce the use of plastic.
Important: Check your package upon arrival
To ensure fast and efficient processing in the event of a problem during delivery, it is essential to check the condition of your package upon receipt and to issue clear and explicit reservations to the carrier in the event of an anomaly.
Transport dispute: what to do?
If a problem is found (damage or missing item), follow these recommendations:

Deadline to respect:
After receiving your package, you have 3 working days to report any anomaly to us by registered mail.
Returns
1. Right of withdrawal
As provided for in the Hamon law of March 17, 2014, the buyer has 14 days to change their mind about their purchase (internet, correspondence or telephone).
2. Return procedure
The buyer must bear the cost of returning the goods.
The buyer must use suitable packaging (ideally the original packaging if it is still usable) to properly protect the tools during transport.
3. Refund conditions
The buyer will be fully refunded within 15 days and upon receipt of the parts in full and in new and unused condition, otherwise fees will be charged to restore the tool to new condition.
