Genki Temagari 500-3-5 pruning saw

You can easily put your chainsaw aside more often, because this robust saw is extremely fast, lighter, safer, cleaner and quieter. What's more, a little practice is a nice bonus. The Genki Temagari is easy to carry in the backpack and can be used for clearing paths or wilderness areas where chainsaws are not allowed, for example.

It takes a little practice and patience to make the first cut with the Genki Temagari. Because of its progressive teeth (3 to 5 teeth / 30 mm), the teeth closest to the handle are finer than those near the end of the blade, the first cut is a little easier. Once the sawing action has started, there's no stopping it!

The long blade is shaped in one piece with the handle, making this saw incredibly strong and offering more control. The comfortable Genki handle is made of two rubber parts, perfectly enveloping the steel. The Genki handle has no bolts, absorbs vibrations and can be tightened without tools.

A little Japanese lesson: 'Genki' means 'good health' and 'Temagari' is a traditional Japanese saw, due to the specific angular shape of the handle.

General information

The Genki Temagari is ideal for cutting green wood. Like all saws, the teeth remain sharp for a long time Silky. If necessary, the teeth can be sharpened with the Silky file.

The Genki Temagari is supplied in a sturdy nylon case with Velcro fastening. The case is equipped with a belt loop with a ring to protect the saw.

The blade must be kept clean to maintain its efficiency. The resin dissolves with olive oil, a natural way of maintaining the blade. More aggressive solvents will damage the handle.

After use, store the saw in its sheath in a dry place, away from moisture.
